We're There!

Spacefreighters has now reached a major landmark...er, spacemark? 10,000 hits! We just reached the magic number earlier today.

We're calling this event:

Celebration 10000

We're giving away prizes! Hurry! You still have a little time. Post a response to this announcement--it can be anything from a simple hi, a mention of your own blog or next book, a comment why you enjoy science fiction romance or why you visit this site. We'll chose a winner by random selection for our Spacefreighters Bounty.

What's the bounty? I went with a theme of "10."

FIRST DRAWING

An Amazon gift certificate for $10

A pre-order of THE TROUBLE WITH DEMONS
the next novel in Lisa Shearin's Raine Benares series
due out in April

SECOND DRAWING (added!)
A pre-order of THE TROUBLE WITH DEMONS

So leave your comments and stay tuned. Winners will be announced soon.

  4. I usually write military sci-fi, or comic fantasy (no, I don't see the connection either). But my latest WIP has a definite romance angle to it, not quite Romeo and Juliet, but echoes of the Elizabethan-era for sure.

Dawn- If we're posting hot men can I vote Miles Vorkosigan? I love a man with a brain!

Here I was just stopping by to see what was new, and what do you know, I'm helping your goal.

I hope you hit it soon. I'll stop by again just to see.

  8. Congratulations! If the contest isn't open overseas, don't enter me, but I just wanted to say wow. I have my own blog so I can appreciate how huge a deal 10000 hits is! (but if it is I would love to be entered of course!)

  12. I came over from Lisa's blog. I am just an avid reader but love the development of other worlds.

  13. Ooooh, you'll be over 10,000 before you know it! :) And I really like how you found "TEN" in The Trouble With Demons! What were the other choices? Or did you just want an excuse to include it? (Pretty a-ok by me!) :D

Um, a book that I really enjoyed lately was Perfect Chemistry, a YA romance. For a slightly older audience, I just finished My Little Red Book, an anthology of first period experiences, hilarious and insightful! :)
