Ann Aguirre's KILLBOX Cover

The new cover art for book four in Ann Aguirre's Sirantha Jax series was recently posted on Ann Aguirre's website.  It's my favorite of the four covers, although I'm a bit partial to Grimspace (book #1) too.  What do you think?

KILLBOX has an October 2010 release date, and follows novels GRIMSPACE, WANDERLUST and DOUBLEBLIND in the series.

  1. I like the colors and I like the fact the woman does not look like she's going to tip over from too much enhancement surgery.

  2. Yup, love it, Sharon.

Anna, I agree. And she's appropriately dressed for the Jax I know, too.

Heather, I wonder why Susan Grant doesn't get covers like this!

And OMG, what's with all the blank space in that post? I better go see if I can fix that.

  4. Barbara, I agree. I love it when you know a book is part of a series just by the distinct titles.

  5. Gosh, it's fantastic. Thinking about my next cover, I want to throw myself on my bed and sob.

  6. Susan, we did an article on your next (very non-SFR) cover not too long ago. But I'd buy Sureblood no matter what the cover looks like, because I know it will be a great story.

Thanks for stopping by Spacefreighters Lounge. :)

  7. Same here, Susan. Rest assured after I read the first of your books, all I was looking for was "um ... let's see ...G . .Gr ...Grant! there it is!!" Love your stuff, no matter how it's wrapped.
