LOTS GOING ON, SO . . .

Enjoy the beginning of Spring Festival, Lunar New Year and Lantern Festival! Remember to wear red, decorate with red and shoot off your firecrackers. Be positive in all things and start off the Year of the Rat (the first and fastest of the animals in the Chinese zodiac) with all possible good luck.

And, if you really want to have a lasting impact on your life in this New Year, maybe take up taiji or qigong!

Cheers, Donna

  1. You're going to make me look those up, aren't you? LOL

Thinking positive and wearing a power color is always a good way to start anything new. Happy Beginnings!

  2. Ha,ha! Yes, because, who knew Chinese New Year was really a multi-day celebration encompassing all those things? But the kick-off day is Saturday, January 25 this year, so wishing everyone a good start to the Lunar New Year!

    1. I did go look them up and found a qigong video that was pretty cool! May have to try some of those "Chinese yoga" moves in my exercise program.

  3. We went to a feng shui seminar about the year of the rat. Very interesting! I bought my kosher salt and am ready to make our first salt water cure for the negative energy coming into the home as per to the flying star chart.
